Maria Elisabetta Cigognini
Elisabetta Cigognini is currently a PhD student in Telematics and Information Society (XXI cycle) at the Electronics and Telecommunications Department of the University of Florence. In 2003 she graduated in Communication Sciences at IULM University of Milan and in 2004 she completed her Master Degree in "e-Learning Project Management and Design" at the University of Florence. Since then she has been collaborating as eLearning contractor, instructional designer and eTutor both in corporate and in academic contexts. Her main research interests are personal knowledge management skills, personal learning environment, instructional design, collaborative working environment, learning and knowledge management, e-learning and e-knowledge.
