Das Management von Ausbildungskonzepten in multikulturellen Geschäftsumgebungen
Unternehmen, die Ausbildungs- und Entwicklungsdienstleistungen benötigen, sind im zunehmenden Maße in verschiedenen Ländern, Sprachen und Kulturen tätig. Damit ein komplexes, nationenübergreifendes und kundenspezifisches Ausbildungsprogramm erfolgreich sein kann, braucht es jedoch mehr als nur ein gutes Konzept. Das Konzept muss flexibel sein, so dass die Unterschiede zwischen den einzelnen Ländern die zu liefernden Inhalte nicht bedrohen. Ein einziges Ausbildungskonzept kann diverse lokalisierte Versionen umfassen. Die Herausforderung liegt im Management dieses Konzepts.
SKILL2E: Online-Reflexion zur Steigerung der interkulturellen Kompetenz
Zweck des SKILL2E-Projekts ist es, Studierende, die internationale Praktika absolvieren, mit interkulturellen Kompetenzen auszustatten. Das Modell schlägt einen Doppelschleifen-Lernzyklus vor, in dem ein gemeinsames Online-Tagebuch mit Leitfragen zur Reflexion genutzt wird. Erste Ergebnisse zeigen, wie dieser kollaborative Ansatz zur Entwicklung interkultureller Kompetenzen führt.
Crossing the intercultural borders into 3rd space culture(s): implications for teacher education in the twenty-first century
This article looks at a year-long network-based exchange between two groups of student-teachers in Spain and the USA, who were involved in various networkbased collaborative activities as part of their teaching education.
The online interaction was facilitated through diverse communicative modes such as Skype, Moodle, Voicethread and Second Life (SL). It was found that the participants’ interaction with their distanced partners varied according to the available communication modes as they constructed ‘membership’ identities in the virtual interaction. The analysis hints at the need to reconsider what ‘intercultural’ means within a ‘third space’.

En el documento se analiza el fenómeno de la economía de Internet desde lo general a lo particular. La obra está coordinada por Cilia Willem, investigadora del LMI. Bridge-IT es un proyecto de red temática financiado por la Comisión Europea a través del programa de soporte a las políticas de fomento del uso de las TIC (PSP ICT). Sus principales objetivos son la identificación, el intercambio y la aplicación de buenas prácticas dentro del ámbito de las TIC y de la diversidad cultural y la integración social del colectivo inmigrante en Europa.
