Toutelaconjugaison.com est destiné à l'apprentissage des conjugaisons françaises. Nous avons tout d'abord créé un outil pour permettre à nos enfants de réviser leurs conjugaisons. Nous souhaitons maintenant le faire partager à tous. La base de données contient 6700 verbes qui peuvent être conjugués à tous les temps. Les exercices interactifs permettent de s'entrainer, avec une correction automatique en deux phases pour progresser. Les enfants peuvent s'exercer en toute simplicité !

Duolingo is a free language-learning website and crowdsourced text translation platform. The service is designed so that as users progress through the lessons they simultaneously help to translate websites and other documents. Currently, the site offers only Spanish and German courses for English speakers, though it has plans to expand to French, Italian and Chinese in the future. Duolingo launched in private beta on November 30, 2011, and has accumulated a waiting list of more than 100,000 users. As of December 22, 2011, the service has translated over 24,000 sentences.

EU Grants for Course on Technology and oral communication

Gruntvig/Comenius grants available for International course ‘Methodologies and Technologies to promote oral communication in Language Education ' offered by the Utrecht SummerSchool.

 

The Universities of Utrecht and Valencia, in cooperation with TELLConsult and the Utrecht

SummerSchool, offer a 5-day, international course in which (student) language teachers can explore the educational possibilities of a number of Web 2.0 applications to support the development of L2 speaking and intercultural skills.
Participants will be trained in developing, supervising and assessing learning activities that can be realised with the selected applications, possibly in collaboration with international colleagues.
In 2012 the course will be run twice: in Utrecht, The Netherlands in early July (week 27) and in Valencia, Spain, the second week of October (week 42) 
For this course, practising (student) teachers in EU (aspiring) member states can apply for a Comenius grant (Ref. nr. NL-2012-276-002) covering the costs of participation + travel and accommodation.

Innovation Convention 2011

This first edition of the Innovation Convention will be opened by President Barroso one year after the adoption of the Innovation Union flagship initiative, the EU's roadmap to turn Europe into a more innovation-friendly and competitive continent.

Research and innovation are the main motors for sustainable job creation and the only way to achieve a sustainable exit from the current economic crisis. This conference will bring together world leading experts in research and innovation to share their views on building a global innovation economy.

LORO - Language Open Resources Online

LORO is a collection of resources to support language teaching and learning. Some of the materials in LORO have been specifically designed to support Open University Language courses and are deposited in LORO as Open Educational Resources to be adapted and re-used freely in any context. LORO connects Open University staff to the wider languages community. You are welcome to deposit your own resources into LORO to store them as your personal resources, to share them with your colleagues within the OU community or with the external language community. You can browse and search for any language teaching materials, and once you have found what you are looking for, any material can be re-used, adapted, or re-purposed for your own needs
