Fabio Nascimbeni, an economist and a PhD student on Information Society issues, is collaborating with the MENON Network EEIG, Brussels, as R&D Manager. In charge of business development, coordination of international working groups, policy advisory and strategic consultancy, he conducts research and management activities in the frame of a number of trans-national projects in the field of e-learning (namely ACTIVe, eWATCH, L-Change, DELOS, HELIOS, POLE, SEEQUEL, TRACE, Triangle, Valnet). He is coordinating a number of international cooperation projects (@LIS ISN, WINDS, VALUE, SINCERE) on information society issues (elearning, ehealth, einclusion, egovernment) across Europe, Latin America and South East Asia.
