Integration of Adults with Disabilities into Labour Market through Open and Distance Learning (ADIS)

This project is based on a deep perception that people with disabilities undoubtedly face a wide range of obstacles that prevent them from achieving full economic and social integration.

Developed virtual community network will allow disabled people to enjoy the benefits of education, on-line meetings, internal marketing, etc. Open and distance learning (ODL) as well as the behavioural model is intended to motivate individuals with physical disability to participate in physical activities and seek for further socialization through self-training and communication.
