This project aims to bridge the gap between the currently available educational software and the more dynamic games software market.

There is a need for innovative approaches in the use of ICT in education. In schools there is little opportunity for children to explore real problems in an interactive computer environment, for example to develop social awareness or scientific skills through exploration of events and consequences. On the other hand, children are ready consumers of computer games on home computers that involve them in exciting problem solving activities. Though many games do have some basis in reality few if any have roots in the European schools curricula.

The project will address a very complex set of behaviour patterns, and allow children to experiment and gain better understanding in a safe environment.
