It will develop a web-based Observatory with a particluar emphasis on the role of ICT in university continuing education in the social inclusion of diadvanategd individuals and marginalised communities.
The aim of the Observatory is to provide a gateway to innovative practices and services based on the use of C&IT across a range of continuing education activities. The Observatory will provide access to information on educational multimedia products and Internet-based services and will examine issues relating to quality assessment.
