The aim of the project is to develop a methodology seeking to unify criteria to develop quality standards in ODL to be used as references for organising entities and users.
The main aim of the project is to develop a methodology to analyse the quality of ODL training projects in all its phases: conception, development, teaching and evaluation from different quality criteria: in terms of methodology, of contents and of technology. As a final objective, the project is seeking the unification of criteria to develop quality standards in ODL, that could be used as references for organising entities and users of this type of training.
The project is structured in various phases. The first year there will be a compendium of general documentation on ODL, an analysis of the training processes, a definition and application of the quality criteria and a external evaluation. The second year a Methodological Guide will be produced. Also, the development of a software tool and its experimentation in ODL. Finally, there will be diffusion and dissemination of the project.
The expected results of the project are a methodological Guide of quality criteria regarding ODL training via Internet and quality analysis software available in Internet
