eLearning Papers: Extended Deadline for Submissions on Learning and Work

This issue of eLearning Papers, dedicated to the topic of Learning and Work, seeks articles dealing with trends and best practices on learning experiences in the workplace that show how technology can support new learning approaches and new skills, competences and qualification systems to match users’ personal knowledge development plans.

Nors gal tik retas nepritartų požiūriui, kad mokymasis visą gyvenimą yra teigiama patirtis, vis dėlto reikėtų nepamiršti, kad norint, jog vyresnio amžiaus studentas galėtų mokytis internetu, nuotolinio mokymo paslaugų teikėjams galbūt teks sukurti papildomas priemones ir išmokyti studentus papildomų įgūdžių.

Šiame trumpame straipsnyje pateikiame du pavyzdžius apie tai, su kokiais išbandymais susidūrė studentai iš užsienio šalies, kuriems pradėjus mokytis, mokymosi aplinkoje atsirado problemos, susijusios ne su jų amžiumi, o su mokymo produktu bei geografine aplinka – buvo pakeisti besimokančiųjų vardai ir pavardės.
